This document serves as a legal agreement between the l89 platform and all its users. l89 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live casino services for users in Bangladesh.

3.2 Responsibility to Update Information

If any personal information provided in the account changes, the user must update it as soon as possible. l89 will not be held responsible for any delay or complication in the withdrawal process caused by outdated or incorrect information.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A user cannot use multiple bonuses at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used for betting and gaming on l89 — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Each bonus has its own validity period; if the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, l89 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

5.3 VIP Cashback

l89's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback is provided at each tier based on weekly net loss: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and 1.0% at Diamond. For example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

All betting and gaming activities on l89 are governed by the following general rules:

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless a technical error occurs.
• l89's decision on determining the outcome of a game or match shall be considered final.
• Each game has its own rules — it is the user's responsibility to read them before starting a game.
• In sports betting, bet odds may change in real time.

6.2 Sports Betting

On l89, betting is available on cricket, football, and various other international sports. Special betting options are available for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches. If a match is incomplete or abandoned, the relevant bet amount will be returned to the user's account or settled according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

RTP (Return to Player) in casino games is a long-term mathematical average — the outcome of each session may differ from this. Games from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and other live studios can be played with real dealers.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts — only one account per person is permitted.
• Coordinated betting or manipulation for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated or bot software.
• Attempting any form of hacking or unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Stealing another user's information or using their account.

8.1 Account Closure by l89

l89 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• If signs of suspicious financial activity or fraud are detected.
• If required to comply with a court order or administrative directive.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 User Request to Close Own Account

Any user may request to close their account at any time. To do so, they must contact l89 via 24/7 live chat or email support. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any eligible balance remaining will be available for withdrawal.
